This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you visit our Site, submit an enquiry, or contact us through WhatsApp, phone, or email.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“UAE PDPL”).

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you give us directly

When you submit our contact/quotation form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect: name and company name, email address and phone number, and project details you share with us (site type, screen requirements, location, budget, etc.).

b) Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we automatically collect certain technical data via cookies and similar technologies, including IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent on the Site, and interactions with ads if you arrived via a Google Ads campaign. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations; deliver, install, and support the products and services you order; communicate with you about your project; improve our Site; measure and improve our advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads conversion tracking); and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We process your personal data on the following grounds: consent (when you submit a form or start a WhatsApp conversation with us), contractual necessity (to prepare quotations and deliver projects), legitimate interest (to improve our Site and measure advertising performance), and legal obligation (UAE tax and record-keeping requirements).

We use cookies to operate the Site and to measure and improve our marketing:

We retain personal data submitted through enquiries and quotations for as long as needed to respond to your request, deliver any resulting project, meet warranty and after-sales obligations, and satisfy our legal/tax record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Under the UAE PDPL, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations), object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Our Site and services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
