Sama Medical Center — AV Solution

Project Overview

UP2 Digital Signage delivered a patient-facing AV solution for Sama Medical Center, combining wall-mounted LCD panels with a 65″ interactive touchscreen for wayfinding and information display.

The system was supplied, installed, and commissioned with warranty and ongoing support options.

Combining fixed LCD panels with a dedicated touchscreen addresses two different needs at once: the wall-mounted displays handle passive information — hours, services, general announcements — while the 65″ interactive screen lets patients actively search for a department or find their way around the facility without stopping staff to ask. For a clinical environment, that split matters — passive signage alone can’t answer a specific patient’s question, and an interactive kiosk alone isn’t visible enough to catch a passing glance the way ambient displays are.
